✨ The room includes high-speed Wi-Fi (1GB), utilities (water, electricity, and gas), and regular cleaning of the common areas such as the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen. Tenants also have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen and a washing machine, making daily life easy and convenient.

📍 This property is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Burjassot Campus of the University of Valencia, home to faculties such as Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Pharmacy.

Excellent public transport connections make moving around Valencia simple: Tram Line 4 (stops such as Campus and Vicent Andrés Estellés) is nearby, while Empalme Metro Station (Line 1) is approximately a 14-minute walk away. Several bus lines, including 63 (direct to Valencia city center), L142B, and L141, have stops within walking distance.

The area also offers supermarkets, the Burjassot Specialty Health Center just 3 minutes away, and parks and green areas ideal for leisure and relaxation.

🕒 Arrival Schedule & Key Delivery:
A staff member will personally deliver the keys. Once the arrival time is confirmed, there is a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive at the agreed time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

Monday to Friday
• 15:00 – 18:00 → No additional cost
• 18:00 – 20:00 → €30 (subject to staff availability)
• After 20:00 → €50 (prior coordination required)

Saturday
• 11:00 – 13:00 → No additional cost
• Outside these hours → €30 (prior coordination required)

Sunday
• Arrival must be arranged in advance

📦 Courier Key Forwarding (if arrival is missed):
• Until 18:00 → €20
• Until 21:00 → €30
• After 21:00 → €50

- Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you.
- If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself. The measurements for the bedlinen are 90x190 for a single bed and 140x190 for a double bed.
