Monday to Friday – from 8 am until 6 pm.

If you cannot make any of these times, message us and we will try to arrange something.

🔊 RENTAL CONDITIONS:

There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).

For the rental contract, a copy of an ID document and fiscal number is required.

During the booking process, it is mandatory to indicate who will rent the accommodation and complete the check-in.

Please note that all payments (deposit & admin fee) must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.

The security deposit will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received.

The security deposit cannot be used as the last month’s rent.

Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good condition.

Parties are not allowed.

Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00.

Smoking inside the property is not allowed.

Pets or animals are not allowed.

Guest stays are limited to a maximum of 5 days. Extensions beyond this period require prior authorisation.

We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law, and assist with obtaining the Residential Visa.
