I am renting a large furnished attic room (minimum 30 sqm of usable space) on the top floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau townhouse located in a quiet, tree-lined avenue in the upper part of Saint-Gilles.

A friendly cat lives in the house and moves freely throughout the common areas. Unfortunately, the accommodation is therefore not suitable for people with cat allergies.

The atmosphere is calm, friendly and respectful. This accommodation is ideal for someone looking for a pleasant and well-maintained home rather than a party house.
