The accommodations are unfurnished and do not include mattresses, chairs, cutlery, kitchen utensils, duvets, pillows, sheets, or towels.

⭐Costs:
-Application fee: €125 charged by the residence when the lease is signed.
-Rental deposit: Two months' rent.

🎓Conditions of the residence:

-Reserved exclusively for students, with no age limit.
-12-month rental agreement starting September 1st, non-cancellable.

Required documents:
-ID (passport or national identity card).
-Visa (if applicable).
-Proof of schooling (must be provided up to 15 days/1 month before arrival).

No guarantor required.
