The room is fully furnished with a single bed, three-door wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside table, curtains, mirror, shoe rack, and bookshelf. It also features stunning original frescoes on the ceiling, adding unique charm and character.

Rental Conditions
* For students, rent payments are due monthly.
* For workers/professionals, rent payments are scheduled quarterly.

* Apartments are shared and may be mixed-gender (male and female tenants).

A one-time admin fee of €450 applies and includes:

✔ Full insurance coverage (including tenant civil liability)
✔ Regular maintenance and periodic property checks to ensure the apartment remains in excellent condition throughout your stay
✔ Final cleaning service
✔ Dedicated Apartment Manager support available during your stay
✔ Administrative support and contract registration procedures
