The accommodation has a stylish living room where you can relax on the sofa with your roommates or watch the world from the spacious balcony on the street. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher and plenty of storage space for all your belongings. The bathroom is spacious and clean, with a washing machine, a large bathtub and a separate shower.

You will stay in Schöneberg, one of the most central and lively districts of Berlin. Here you will find many restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, monuments and even a small park right in front of the door. And with a subway station just 2 minutes from the apartment, you have quick access to points all over Berlin!

In order to accept you as a tenant, I need the following documents:

- Copy of ID, passport
- Employment agreement (professionals) OR enrollment certificate (students)
- Liability insurance
