We (Camilla & Niloo) are looking for a new flatmate starting in July to join our relaxed and warm 3-person flatshare in a beautifully renovated old building in Neukölln, right next to Tempelhofer Feld and Neukölln’s largest forest!

🏡 About the apartment:
• 123 m2 old building with high ceilings, wooden floors & balcony
• Your room: approx. 20 m2, bright, quiet, furnished if needed
• Spacious living room with open kitchen (incl. Thermomix & projector)
• 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub)
• Basement & bicycle storage available
• Small green area directly around the house

The apartment is fully equipped – you don’t need to bring anything except yourself 🙂
The total rent includes everything:
Electricity, heating, water, internet, broadcasting fees (GEZ), cleaning supplies, etc.

📍 Location:
The apartment is in Neukölln, between Hermannstraße S-Bahn station and Tempelhofer Feld.
With the Ringbahn, U8, and a bus stop right outside the door, you’re very well connected.
You’ll also find plenty of shops nearby and, most importantly: great food at almost any time of day!

👭 About us:
We are Camilla and Niloo, both in our 30s, open-minded, considerate, and easy-going.
We’ve spent most of our lives outside of Berlin but feel very much at home here.
