Eine exzellente Lage in der Mitte der Stadt mit U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, S-Bahn sowie Busstation. Die U-Bahn Alexanderplatz ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die angesagte Gegend Prenzlauer Berg mit vielen Restaurants, Cafes, und einem tollen Nachtleben ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Humboldt-Universität ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Netto-Supermarkt sowie ein Frühstückscafe sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem ruhig.

An excellent location in the center of the city with subway, tram, S-Bahn and bus stations. The subway Alexanderplatz is 5 minutes away by foot. Prenzlauer Berg, the popular and trendy district with cafes, restaurants and a great night-life are 10-15 minutes away by foot. The Humboldt University is, too, within walking distance. A supermarket and breakfast cafe are located in immediate proximity. The location thus is very central, but still quiet.
