Hallo zusammen,

in unserer WG in einem Einfamilienhaus wird ein Zimmer frei, und wir suchen eine passende Mitbewohnerin oder einen passenden Mitbewohner.

Das Zimmer ist etwa 12 m2 groß. Zusätzlich stehen rund 50 m2 gemeinschaftlicher Wohnraum zur Verfügung – darunter eine Küche, zwei Bäder, ein Wohnzimmer sowie ein Garten zur Mitnutzung. Die Warmmiete beträgt 500 €.

Das Zimmer ist ab sofort bezugsfrei und zunächst auf maximal sechs Monate befristet, mit Option auf Verlängerung. Die WG liegt in Berlin-Biesdorf, nur wenige Gehminuten vom nächsten U-Bahnhof entfernt.

Mir ist wichtig, dass es menschlich gut passt. Ich bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere in Berlin. Zuvor habe ich für 6 Monate in Schweden gewohnt. Ideal wäre, wenn du in einer ähnlichen Lebenssituation bist – im Alter zwischen etwa 20 und 35 Jahren.

A room will soon be available in our shared house, and we’re looking for a friendly and compatible roommate.

The room is about 12 m2 in size. In addition, there are around 50 m2 of shared living space – including a kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room, and a garden for joint use. The total rent, including utilities, is €500.

The room is available immediately and initially limited to six months, with the option to extend. The house is located in Berlin-Biesdorf, just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest U-Bahn station.

For me, it’s important that things fit well on a personal level. Thus we are like minded. I’m 21 years old and studying engineering in Berlin. I used to live in Sweden for 6 months before. Ideally, you’re in a similar stage of life – between about 20 and 35 years old.
