The room is suitable for up to two persons and includes a private bathroom exclusively assigned to this unit. The bathroom is located directly next to the room (door-to-door), offering maximum convenience and privacy. It is not shared with any other resident — only the tenants of this room have access and receive their own key. No other occupants of the apartment can use this bathroom.

The other rooms in the flat are also suitable for couples, therefore you can have up to 4 flatmates (5 if you book the room with another person).

In addition, tenants have access to the following shared areas:
• A large, fully equipped kitchen
• A shared terrace
The common areas are shared with the other residents of the apartment.
