Hi, I live in a 2-bedroom apartment and am looking for a flatmate. The apartment is on the ground floor and has been freshly painted and furnished. Almost everything in the apartment is new. It has 2 rooms. The larger room (18 m2) is available for renting (April 2026 - September 2026). It has a double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, a study table, a chair, a nightstand, a coffee table, lights, mirrors and rugs. You are free to shuffle and modify the arrangement, of course. If any additional furniture is needed from the other rooms, you can do so too:)
The living room has a comfy sofa (that can be converted to an extra bed for visitors), a dining table and other desks. It has a small balcony facing the communal garden. There is a projector and speaker system, which makes for a great viewing experience. All other devices like the washing machine, dryer, microwave are all new and function well.
I am flexible with the stay duration. Slightly shorter/longer stays may be ok. An Anmeldung is possible. You can pay the deposit in 2 instalments if needed.

The apartment is located at the western edge of Berlin's Zone A and is very well connected.
U-Bahnhof kaiserdamm: 60 seconds
Bus Stop: 60 seconds
Central Bus Station: 5 minutes
S-Bahnhof Messe Nord/ICC: 5 minutes
Shopping:
Edeka is the closest: 2 minutes
REWE, LIDL and others are 7-10 minutes away
There are restaurants and a pharmacy within walking distance too.

I am quite an easy-going, adaptable person and I can adjust to the personality of other people. I have lived in shared accommodations in various cities in India, UK and Germany and have made several friends along the way. I always make sure to be friendly and respectful of other people and their needs. Regardless of whether you are someone who wants to party every day or just wants to be at home, we can get along well.
For me, the most important thing is that you pay your rent share on time and keep the common space tidy. We will probably set up a weekly schedule to organise and distribute tasks.
