The double room is available for one or two girls. Couples are not accepted. Two people may share the room only if they are friends or sisters and have a good relationship (price for two people: €700).
Our fundamental value is respect. Utilities are included in the price: gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The apartment has a balcony/terrace and has been fully renovated. It is located just a 1-minute walk from the green metro line (L3 – Canyelles).
Important: Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, not inside the apartment.
15 minutes by metro to Plaça Catalunya. 1 minute from the Ronda entrance and 2 minutes walking distance from a paddle club.
