A cleaning service is hired for the common areas, but we expect everyone to help maintain them. Each person is responsible for cleaning their own room.

Keeping the common areas clean is very important to us, so we expect the floors to be kept clean and tidy every week.

🛏 The room is very bright and functional. It has a double bed. The mattress is less than 6 months old, very comfortable and firm. A large wardrobe and a spacious desk are included. In apartment - 1 full bathroom, 1 toilet.

🏢 The building is a great place to live: quiet, with respectful neighbors, in a more residential and family-friendly area. There is not much partying in the neighborhood. Camp de l’Arpa is a very calm area with traditional bars and plenty of shops for daily needs.

🏪🚌 The location is very well connected (metro lines L1, L2, L4, and L5, buses, and Bicing) and has many green spaces nearby. There are several markets around, as well as a park and a very nice pedestrian promenade just a short walk away.

☮ The roommates are quite relaxed, and we are looking for someone with a similar profile. We have never had problems with previous roommates; we always talk things through if something comes up. We are looking for calm people, as it is important to be able to rest.

🚫 Nobody smokes inside the apartment or the rooms, and smoking is not allowed in the living room. However, there is an internal balcony (laundry room) where smoking is permitted. Pets and couples are not allowed.
