Room: Hello apartment seekers!

We have a room available in the university district. Your lovely room is part of a 120 sqm shared apartment. There are four bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, a separate toilet, a kitchen-living room, and a hallway.

The room has two large windows with a window sill and laminate flooring. The large windows make the room very bright.

The apartment has been recently renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and everything else you need for everyday life. The washer-dryer is in the bathroom and can, of course, be shared.

Your room is furnished with a double bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, 160x200cm), a wardrobe, and a desk with a swivel chair and table lamp.

Co-Living flat life: Your roommates would be:

Sofien (24) and Sidi (27) are both employed.
Kendrick (25) is completing his internship in Augsburg.

We imagine shared living as one where we can meet in the kitchen for meals/cooking, or sit together in the evenings, but where everyone is also considered. This means that when the door is closed, everyone has their own peace and quiet.

We're also happy to do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, going to the beer garden, partying, etc. - but it's not mandatory.

We don't have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who cleans the apartment regularly. The cleaning lady's fees and cleaning supplies are included in the rent.

The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, internet, water, heating, and electricity. Therefore, there are no additional costs for you.

Location: The apartment is located in a well-maintained residential complex in Augsburg's university district, offering excellent infrastructure, shopping, green spaces, parks, restaurants, a gym, and more in the immediate vicinity.

There are bus and tram stops nearby, providing good transport links to the city center. The university is within walking distance.

The city center or main train station can be reached in approximately 20 minutes, and the B17 motorway or the A8 junction are also within easy reach.
