💳 Information Regarding Contract & Deposit
To schedule your check-in appointment and hand over the keys to your new home, the security deposit must be received in our bank account in advance.
The deposit amounts to two months’ rent (or one month’s rent for a one-month booking).
After completing your booking via HousingAnywhere, you will receive a booking confirmation containing our bank details for the deposit transfer. The deposit must be paid within 72 hours after booking confirmation.
Once the deposit has been received in our account, you will receive a separate email with all check-in details and instructions.
Please note that international bank transfers may take a few business days. For this reason, we recommend initiating the transfer as soon as you receive the confirmation email.
Kindly be aware that check-in can only take place after the deposit has been successfully received in our bank account.
At the end of your stay, a final cleaning fee of 50€ will be deducted from the deposit.
