Payment of the bills:

Deposit
The guarantee must cover 1 monthly rent and utilities/bills in the value of one month calculated in excess.
The deposit is only an amount withheld by the landlord as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment.
The Lessor shall return the deposit at the end of the lease. In the event of damage caused by the Lessees during the lease, the lessor shall calculate the amount to be deducted proportionately.
