The flat is in an area with great availability of public transport and at 1.5 km to Polo 3 of the University of Porto where the Faculties of Letters, Sciences and Architecture are located, and at 2.5 km to Catholic University. The expenses of light, water, gas and wifi are included, within reasonable use parameters. The flat is only shared with the owner. No animals or visitors are accepted in the flat, even if temporarily.
