Das Zimmer ist schön hell und dank des großen Panoramafensters den ganzen Tag über lichtdurchflutet. Die Wohnung wurde vor drei Jahren renoviert und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Couch, Kleiderschrank.
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der S-Bahn Haltestelle Isartor. Zum Marienplatz sind es nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, die Isar erreichst du in 5 Minuten. Perfekt für alle, die das Münchner Stadtleben genießen und trotzdem schnell im Grünen sein möchten.
WG-Leben
Das Zimmer wird von Januar bis Mai zur Untermiete frei, da ich für mein Erasmus-Semester ins Ausland gehe.
Da zur WG auch Kinder im frühen Teenageralter gehören, wünschen wir uns eine freundliche, rücksichtsvolle und sozial kompetente Person, die Lust auf ein entspanntes und respektvolles Zusammenleben hat.

Nachweise in Form von SCHUFA, Bürgschaft, Immatrikulationsbescheinigung etc. sind erwünscht als gesicherte Nachweise. Wenn aber nicht klappt, finden wir bestimmt Lösungen.
