The apartment is located in the Agfa park in Obergiesing and is about 90 m2 in total. It is on the ground floor and includes:

• a large living room with dining area
• an open kitchen
• two bathrooms (one with a shower)
• two large gardens/terraces
• fully furnished

The room is about 15 m2 and furnished with:

• double bed (1.80 m)
• wardrobe
• chest of drawers
• chair
• table

Rent: 850 € / month (warm)
including electricity, heating, and internet.

Location

Very quiet and green residential area with good infrastructure. Supermarkets, a fitness studio, and parks are nearby.

Public transport

• U2 – about 8 minutes on foot
• Bus 54 – about 2 minutes on foot
• Tram 25 – about 6 minutes on foot

Shared apartment life

Your flatmate is a young student from China currently studying at LMU. She is very friendly and easygoing. Cleanliness is important to her, and she values respectful shared living. The atmosphere in the apartment is pleasant and harmonious.

Looking for

A female tenant between 18 and 40 years old, who is reliable, and values cleanliness, and treats the apartment and furniture with care. Preferably someone who can rent the entire period or the whole month.
