Welcome to our newly formed 4-person shared apartment! Here you'll have the opportunity to connect with your roommate and plan activities together. Everyone has their own space, but we also value open communication. A friendly and respectful atmosphere is especially important to us. We'll make sure the roommates are a good match beforehand. Cleanliness and tidiness are also important to us.

The apartment is located in the popular Munich district of Schwabing, one of the city's most sought-after areas. Numerous cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and green spaces such as Luitpoldpark and the English Garden are in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to excellent public transport connections (subway, tram, and bus), the city centre can be reached in just a few minutes—an ideal location for anyone who wants to combine urban living with a high quality of life.
