We have a room available in our 105 m2 shared apartment in a beautiful historic Altbau building in the heart of Munich.

The room is 21 m2, south-facing, and therefore very bright. It comes fully furnished with a 2 × 2 m box spring double bed including a bedside table, a desk with office chair and lamp, and a spacious PAX wardrobe (220 × 100 cm).

The apartment features classic Altbau charm with 3 m high ceilings, wooden floors, and four light-filled rooms. The windows offer a direct view of Circus Krone and the Spaten Brewery. There is also a balcony with a view over the rooftops of Munich. The apartment is located on the 4th floor.

Shared spaces include:
+ A 16 m2 living room with a couch, stools, and a coffee table
+ A 12 m2 fully equipped kitchen with seating
+ A 45 m2 balcony with table and chairs
+ A bathroom with bathtub/shower and a separate WC with window

The location is excellent: right next to Circus Krone, between Rotkreuzplatz, the main train station, and the Pinakothek museums. Stiglmaierplatz (U1, U7) is just a 4-minute walk away, and the main station can be reached in 6 minutes. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance—there is also an Italian and a Thai restaurant on the ground floor. The city center, parks, bars, Hochschule München, TUM, and LMU can all be reached in about 5 minutes by bike.
