Von hier aus hat man direkten Zugang zum liebevoll bepflanzten Garten samt BBQ, Pergola und

90x200) Richtung Garten, ein Büro mit Einzelbett ( Boxspringbett ) und Badezimmer mit DU/Badewanne,
WC, Waschbecken, Waschmaschine und Fenster.
Das 2. Obergeschoss besteht aus einem ca. 37qm großem Raum, dem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit
Kingsize-Boxspringbett, (Schlaf-) Couch und zwei Schreibtischen samt Stühlen. Der lichtdurchflutete
Raum verfügt über große Velux-Fenster und einen Flatscreen-TV mit DVD Player. Achtung: Dieser
Fernseher bietet zurzeit noch keinen Kabelempfang und kann ausschließlich zum DVD-Schauen bzw.
für TV-Streaming verwendet werden.
In der gesamten Unterkunft haben Sie selbstverständlich guten, kostenfreien WLAN-Empfang.
