Fully-furnished, fully-equipped kitchen including induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Two large double beds (one bedroom can also be used as an office). The cottage comes with air conditioning and is well insulated with good windows so the house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Catch some sun on the private roof terrace with a lovely view over the river or use the small back yard to grow plants or dry the laundry.

The house is perfect for a quiet, professional couple, or two friends, whether remote workers or perhaps studying or working at FCT or Egas Moniz. The cottage is situated in the calm and peaceful village of Porto Brandão, a 10-minute boat ride across the river from Lisbon and is surrounded by woodland and nature. Near FCT-UNL, Monte Caparica and metro to Almada. There is a regular bus service to the shops and market at Monte Caparica (or a 15 minute walk or a quick Uber ride) and easy access to Trafaria and the beaches of Costa da Caparica or Fonte de Telha. The village itself has three restaurants and a café.
