This is a private apartment in an old building without an elevator. The apartment offers a king-size bed (180x200), a compact kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment. The apartment is heated. During the summer season, a fan is available for guests.

Please note that toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper etc.) and kitchen adds (kitchen rolls, dishwashing caps and coffee caps, sponges, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc.) are not replenished during the stay. Additional cleaning, bed linen and towels change is available at an extra charge.

PARKING SITUATION:
We recommend our guests to book a parking space nearby at the public parking garage (Tiefgarage Steinbauerpark) located just a 5-minute walk from our location and costs 8 euros/day by pre-booking on the parking web site. Otherwise, the fee will be 28 euros/day.

Parking on weekends is free in Vienna starting from 22:00 Friday till 09:00 am Monday where it’s not prohibited by the Parking signs.

SUPERMARKETS:
The closest supermarket that you can find at our location is BILLA (Wolfganggasse 59/Ecke, Eichenstraße 2) and S-selfish Backshop (Margaretengürtel 120).

The road to the city center takes 25 minutes by public transport. The closest tram/bus station is only a 5 minutes’ walk from the accommodation and just a 7-minute walk to Meidling metro station (U6 line) and Meidling train station. We highly recommend taking into consideration Vienna passes to make your traveling around the city more convenient.
