Das Apartment hat im straßenseitigen Wohnzimmer ein Kingsize Bett mit 180cm Breite für max. 2 Personen, ein großes Sofa, Smart TV highspeed WLAN und einen Arbeitsplatz mit einem ergonomischen Drehstuhl. Steckdosen für Laptop und Mobile sind gleich beim Schreibtisch. Hier gibt es zwei große Fenster auf die Straßenseite. Falls du einmal länger schlafen möchtest kannst du die vorhandenen Verdunkelungsrollos verwenden. Zusätzlich gibt es ein weiteres Zimmer mit Blick in den begrünten Innenhof mit einem großen Kleiderschrank für deine Garderobe und ein zweites großes Sofa zum Relaxen und Verweilen.

Es erwartet dich ein separates, geräumiges Badezimmer mit praktischer Ausstattung wie Lüftung, Waschmaschine (ohne Trockenfunktion), Duschkabine, Lüftung, Föhn, Handtuchtrockner sowie Shampoo, Duschgel, Cremes und auch Waschmittel für die Wäsche. Das WC ist ein separater Raum.

Du bekommt bei deiner Ankunft je nach Bedarf ein oder zwei Schlüssel für das Haustor und deine Wohnungstüre. Für deine Ankunft bei uns vereinbaren wir einen Zeitpunkt und wir treffen uns vor unserem Haus damit wir dich persönlich begrüßen, die Wohnung zeigen und die Schlüssel übergeben.

The apartment features a king-size bed (180 cm wide) in the street-facing living room, suitable for up to 2 people, large sofa, smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and a workspace with an ergonomic swivel chair. Sockets for laptops and mobiles are right next to the desk. There are two large windows facing the street. If you ever fancy a lie-in, you can use the blackout blinds provided. There is also a further room overlooking the leafy courtyard, featuring a large wardrobe for your clothes and a second large sofa for relaxing and unwinding.
A separate, spacious bathroom awaits you, featuring practical amenities such as ventilation, a washing machine (without a drying function), a shower cubicle, a hairdryer, a towel dryer, as well as shampoo, shower gel, creams and laundry detergent. The toilet is a separate room.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a hob with a ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, a sink, a dishwasher and an extractor fan, as well as a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. Of course, there is also the basic range of crockery, coffee set, plates, glasses, cutlery, spices, vinegar/oil, coffee/sugar and a variety of cooking utensils should you wish to cook your own meals.

On arrival, you will be given one or two keys for the front door and your flat door, as required. We will arrange a time for your arrival and meet you in front of our house so that we can welcome you in person, show you the flat and hand over the keys
