Welcome to our small and comfortable garden studio in a quiet residential area of Vienna, just a short walk from the Old Danube (Alte Donau).

The studio is approximately 11 m2 and offers everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay. It has two single beds, a desk, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with two chairs, and an equipped kitchenette. There is also a walk-in closet for your belongings and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. A shared washing machine is available.

Outside, you can enjoy your own small terrace with a table and two chairs. You are also welcome to use the larger shared terrace above the apartment. Smoking is permitted on both terraces, but not inside the apartment.

Location and Transport

The apartment is situated in a peaceful residential street in the Alte Donau recreational area, away from the busy city center but with easy access to public transport.

The Old Danube is only about 300 meters away and is a lovely place for walking, swimming or simply relaxing by the water.

Both Kagran and Alte Donau underground stations (U1 line) are approximately 8–10 minutes away on foot. From there, you can reach Vienna's city center in around 20 minutes.

Westfield Donau Zentrum, one of Vienna's largest shopping centers, is also just a 10-minute walk away. You'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés and everyday services there.

For groceries, the BILLA supermarket at Wagramer Straße 54 is around 8 minutes away on foot.
