My lovely apartment is completely renovated, so everything is shiny and new. It has everything you need, internet, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. For LONG stay ask for a special price! I have a private parking spot in the building, which you can rent for a small additional fee.
The apartment has a large room that serves as a living room, kitchen and bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa and a very comfortable queen size bed (160x200).
There is also a beautiful bathroom, an anteroom and a separat cloakroom.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as to the laundry room, which is located on the ground floor.
A beautiful, quiet park is 250 meters away from the property. It takes only 15 minutes by tram to the University of Vienna as well as the center. The apartment is located on a quiet street, and usually you can't hear your neighbors at all.
Public transportation is just around the corner (bus + tram).
Metro and train are 10 minutes on foot or 2 tram stops away.
There is a supermarket and a drugstore just down the street.
