The rest of the apartment is also well-appointed, featuring a modern kitchen with high-quality appliances, a full set of cookware, a fridge, and a stove. To secure the apartment, we’ll need a few documents from you: a copy of your ID (passport or ID card) and proof of income (we accept options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or documents from a guarantor). Upon booking, the first month’s rent is paid upfront, with rental charges only applying from your official move-in date.
