N.B. L'ascensore non arriva fino al pianerottolo dell'appartamento, ma ad un piano ammezzato; sarà quindi sempre necessario fare una rampa di scale per arrivare in casa.

N.B. The elevator does not reach the apartment landing but stops at a mezzanine floor, meaning one flight of stairs is always required to access the home.
