IMPORTANT: Registering all guests with the Government is mandatory. Before your arrival, you must send us the documents of all the guests. The document to be presented must be an identity card and the Italian fiscal code/social number which might be required online for free before your arrival. The responsibility of arranging it is yours (the guest's responsibility) and failing to do this must result in a fine of € 500 per guest, in addition to having consequences with the police and government. By accepting this reservation you agree to comply with this. All the details will be shared after the confirmation.

Contract registration costs to be shared. The signed contract can be cancelled after the check-in by giving a 3-month notice period. If the contract gets cancelled before the agreed contract's end, the registration cost will be reimbursed from the guest/s to the owner.

No residence registration is allowed at the property. The post box and the interphone, being shared, are not available.

You will receive instructions about the self-check-in. Check-in after 12 pm. Checkout time by 11:00 am. The check-in and check-out might be flexible, but they have to be agreed upon with me in advance
