Via Dandolo is also known as the architects' street because in 1883 it was subject to urbanisation with projects by the best architects of the then Roman scene. In addition, Via Dandolo is located outside the nightlife spots of Trastevere and is therefore quiet.

The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator and consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a wide hallway.
