Using laundry room and car parking is extra fee. Private rooms are fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, study table, lamp, private kitchenette, private bathroom with shower and toilet. If they miss something in their room, they can always borrow from common spaces. Bed linen, sheets, kitchen utensils are not privided in the room – a tenant may buy at the reception or bring his own. Staff members and house managers are on duty daily, common zones are cleaned everyday workday, but extra order of room cleaning may be available on site. The room is reserved only when the deposit fee is paid to landlord’s bank account. The deposit is not refundable for any of personal reasons (inc. no show, change of plans, Visa, university issues or other).
