Die stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit gehobener Innenausstattung ist gerade vollständig saniert worden.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Zimmer, die jeweils vom Flur aus erreichbar sind, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Arbeitszimmer, das auch als weiteres Schlafzimmer benutzt werden kann. Das Arbeitszimmer verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon. Zum Haus gehört ein Gemeinschaftsgarten in dem jede Wohnung über einen Sitzplatz verfügt.
Die Wohnung ist für eine Einzelperson, ein Paar oder eine WG gut geeignet.

Das schöne 19m2 Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf das Brühler Schloss verfügt über ein gemütliches Sofa, einen 43" Flatscreen Fernseher und ein Sideboard.
In der separaten voll ausgestatteten neuen Einbauküche inkl. Geschirrspüler, Induktionsfeld und Kühlgefrierkombi können bis zu 4 Personen sitzen. Von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Weinglas ist alles vorhanden. Im Bad befindet sich eine bodengleiche Dusche. Stauraum finden sie in den Schränken im Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer sowie im abschließbaren Kellerraum. Eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner ist im gemeinsamen Waschraum im Keller vorhanden. Ein Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen sowie Staubsauger sind selbstverständlich auch vorhanden.

Die Wohnung verfügt selbstverständlich über WLAN. Der angegebene Preis ist inkl. aller Nebenkosten, sodass sie sich um nichts kümmern müssen. Sollte es Ihre Zweitwohnung in Deutschland sein, brauchen Sie keine separaten GEZ-Gebühre zu zahlen.
Von Handtüchern über Bettwäsche bis zu den Sektgläsern ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, um einfach nur mit dem Koffer einziehen zu können.

Die Bahnhofstraße befindet sich mitten in der Brühler Innenstadt und ist jedoch sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere leckere Restaurants und zahlreiche Läden auf dem Marktplatz und auf der Kölnstraße. Der Schloßpark hinter dem Schloss lädt zu entspannten Sparziergängen ein. Durch die Nähe von dem Bahnhof (5 Min zu Fuß) und der Linie 18 Haltestelle Brühl-Mitte (10 Min zu Fuß) sind Köln und Bonn sehr schnell zu erreichen.

This lovingly and extensively renovated 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a listed building in the center of Brühl, right next to the Brühl Palace and in the immediate vicinity of the train station with direct connections to Cologne and Bonn (15 minutes each). The stylishly furnished apartment with upscale interior has just been completely renovated.

The apartment has 3 rooms, each accessible from the hallway, a bedroom, a living room and a study, which can also be used as an additional bedroom. The study has a small balcony. The house has a communal garden in which each apartment has a seating area.
The apartment is suitable for a single person, a couple or a shared flat.
