The apartment is furnished with brand-new furniture, exactly as shown in the photos, and is carefully maintained. The studio has been thoughtfully arranged to offer a pleasant stay, making it suitable both for study or work stays and for travelers wishing to explore the city from a truly strategic location.
The security deposit will be refunded before departure: 50% approximately 30 days before the check-out date, after payment of the final monthly rent, and the remaining 50% on the day of departure.

All utilities, condominium fees, and other additional costs are covered by a fixed all-inclusive monthly fee of €120, payable in addition to the rent.
As regards electricity, the fee includes reasonable consumption of up to 200 kWh per month. Any consumption above this threshold may be charged separately, based on the cost per kWh shown on the official electricity bill. The meter, located outside the entrance door, is easy to read and allows the tenant to check consumption at any time.
