Located on the fourth floor of a historic building with an elevator, the apartment opens onto an entrance hall that leads to the living room furnished with a sofa and a double sofa bed, a television and a dining table. Next door, divided by a large sliding door there is a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine.
