The Location
Due to the wide range of cultural activities, the varied leisure activities and the proximity to the center, Haidhausen is one of the most popular residential areas in Munich. The hardly destroyed old building structure contributes significantly to this.

Haidhausen's streetscape is next to the numerous cafes,
Pubs and restaurants characterized by boutiques, antique shops and galleries.

The Wiener Platz with its small stalls, the fountain and the maypole is reminiscent of the Viktualienmarkt. Just a stone's throw away are the green floodplains of the Isar with their extensive local recreation area.

Price includes all additional house costs and internet. The costs for electricity and gas are included up to a monthly amount of 350 Euro(which should include everything). The total price is 2400 euros per month.

The minimum rental period is 6 months.
