The flat comprises entrance hall, living room with separate kitchenette and small balcony. The flat is completed by a spacious bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe and a windowed bathroom with tub.
The lively Dergano district is centred on redeveloped industrial spaces such as the Maciachini Center, where colourful contemporary buildings house multimedia companies. Bistros, international restaurants and independent shops line the streets. Nearby there are supermarkets and basic services; the nearest public transport, within easy walking distance, are the ttram and bus lines 4, 51, 83, 166, and the underground line MM3 (yellow) Dergano stop. NO LIFT.
PLEASE NOTE: there is scaffolding surrounding the building for renovation work on the facades and roof of the building. The end of the work is scheduled for December 2023. We apologise in advance for any noise and discomforts.
