The Apartment is located in Milan city centre, and enjoys a strategic location in town with a city view, on the 4th floor of a residential building with elevator.
The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, water boiler, electic grill, immersion blender, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed that can be split in two single beds. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Water, heating and building expenses are included in the rental price.

LOCATION & CONNECTIONS:
The apartment is located in the highly convenient Savona / Sant’Agostino – Porta Genova area, with excellent connections by underground and tram to Milan city centre, trains stations and airports, such as: Underground line M2 stop Sant'Agostino, directly connecting to Milano Centrale, Cadorna, Porta Garibaldi (with fast train to Malpensa MPX Airport) train stations; to Università Cattolica and IULM university campusses; to underground line M1 to Duomo, Cordusio (Milan Stock Exchange); to Sant'Ambrogio and Cenacolo Leonardo da Vinci; to Navigli and Darsena; to Castello Sforzesco; to Corso Como.
Undergraund line M4 stop Coni Zugna, directly connecting to Linate LIN Airport and Policlinico Hospital; to Sant'Ambrogio; to Piazza San Babila.
Tram 14 to Duomo.
Tram 10 to Arco della Pace.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Water and building expenses are included in the rental price.
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of two months, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date.
We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.

PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175).

MINIMUM STAY:
60 nights minimum stay is required for reservations including any of the slot between March 18th and April 28th included (Salone del Mobile Milano). For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
Check out between 17th April and 26th April included is not allowed.
