The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with TV, dining area and balcony, a kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and a bathroom with shower.
WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Each room is equipped with a lock with a personal key.

It takes 16 minutes to reach IULM University by bus.
In 20 minutes you can reach the New Academy of Fine Arts (NABA).
In 27 minutes, always with line 91, you can reach the Bocconi University.

Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00.

Monthly rates:
• 1.450,00€/month for rent;
• 200,00€/month for building fees;
• 250,00€/month for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas);
• 100,00€/month for one mandatory cleaning service per month of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, balconies);
Total of monthly cost: 2.000,00€.

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.450€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning;
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.

Linen is not included.

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send directly to the property the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee).
