The apartment consists of an entrance that opens onto a living area with armchair, dining table, TV and a small balcony. There is also a small fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with two single beds, a desk and a large wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The nearest metro stop is Porta Genova (M2 - green line).
Tram 3 and bus 71 stops are a 2-minute walk away.
The NABA is a 10-minute walk away.

Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00.

Monthly rates:
• 1.300,00€ for monthly rent
• 200,00€ for building fees
• 200,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
Total of monthly cost: 1.700,00€

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.300€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning

Linen is not included.

Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from [xxxxx] building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
