House with terrace for rent Milan center!
An enchanting twobedrooms apartment in the heart of Milan, equipped with everything you need to enjoy an excellent stay. It is located on the sixth floor (with lift and day porter), in a well-kept building in the center of Milan. Full of light, color, and personality, the short or month-long rental apartment is nice and welcoming, accommodating up to 4 people.

The large living room offers two functional and well-thought-out areas; the first part is the relaxation area, where lies a comfortable and large sofa placed in front of the Smart TV, the wall actually decorated, conceals the door of a closet. In the second part, the kitchen is equipped with appliances, induction, Nespresso, kettle, dishes and crockery, pots and utensils, a large extendable table, and chairs. From this area, a French door leads to the beautiful terrace, equipped with sofas and a table for outdoor lunches, dinners, and aperitifs.

The sleeping area includes; the master bedroom, whose bed has a memory mattress, a spacious wardrobe, and a desk. The terrace can also be accessed from the bedroom. The second bedroom has a desk, a single bed, and a pull-out bed that can be placed on the opposite side of the wall. In the anteroom is a large wardrobe. The bathroom, in warm tones, has sanitary fittings, a large shower.

COSTS
- 500 euro which will be returned within 10 days from the day of check-out
- Contract registration fee 150 euro
- CHECK-IN FROM 2PM TO 7PM / Late check-in / ON AVAILABILITY / late fee 50 euro after 7 pm - NO CHECKIN AFTER 10 PM
- Final cleaning fee is 250 euro

MID TERM RESERVATIONS - If the cancellation is made during your stay, we require at least 60 DAYS NOTICE
An administrative fee of € 150 is charged for processing the cancellation.

CONTRACT REGISTRATION - For rentals longer than 28 nights, Italian law requires the registration of the rental agreement. All our Rental Agreements are registered to the guests that will physically stay inside the property.
Documents required :
1- Passport or Id (if european)
2- Italian Fiscal Code (it is mandatory here in Italy and we need it to prepare the rental agreement that we are forced to register at the Agenzia delle entrate) - if you don't have it yet, you can easily go to any Agenzia delle Entrate and get it for free , very easy and quick.
IMPORTANT: In case you might need to register a Rental Agreement to a Company, we kindly invite you to contact us to get more info because it might be a variation of the monthly rates.
It will only be possible to establish a temporary domicile, not residency.
