CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:
- È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto;

PAGAMENTI: Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e di registrazione del contratto (per un totale di €300).

DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE:
1) prenotazioni di durata 1-3 mesi: caparra pari a 1 mensilità di canone
2) prenotazioni di durata 3-6 mesi: caparra pari a 1.5 mensilità di canone
3) prenotazioni di durata 6+ mesi: caparra pari a 2 mensilità di canone

LEASE:
- It is mandatory to have a valid Tax Code in order to sign the rental contract;
- The rental contract must be signed before entering the apartment, otherwise we will not be able to check in within the agreed time;

PAYMENTS: Once the booking is confirmed, we will contact you to pay the security deposit, which we will refund 30 days after check-out and the cost of initial cleaning and contract registration (for a total of €300).

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
1) bookings lasting 1-3 months: deposit equal to 1 month's rent
2) bookings lasting 3-6 months: deposit equal to 1.5 months' rent
3) bookings lasting 6+ months: deposit equal to 2 months' rent
