Via Lomellina is an elegant one-bedroom apartment with a large terrace, located in the charming area of Porta Vittoria, Città Studi, Susa, a stone's throw from the historic centre of Milan.
The living area consists of a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and access to the terrace through a sliding door that joins the two rooms, and an open kitchen equipped with all comforts. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed with a large built-in wardrobe and access to the terrace and a bathroom with a large shower. The Città Studi neighbourhood is tree-lined and quiet, but full of pubs, pizzerias, ice-cream parlours and sports facilities geared to students, but open to all. Nearby there are several supermarkets and basic services; the nearest public transport, within 500 metres, are the bus and tram lines 27, 45, 73, 175 and 188.
