Two-room apartment composed of living area with fully equipped kitchen, spacious double bedroom with large wardrobe and a comfortable bathroom with shower and window.
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests.

Description of the neighbourhood:
The apartment is 4 minutes walk from the yellow metro stop (M3) Crocetta. From here by metro you can reach the Duomo in 10 minutes and Central FS in 15 minutes.

Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00.

Monthly rates:
• 1.400,00€ for monthly rent;
• 250,00€ for building fees;
• 200,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas);
Total of monthly cost: 1.850,00€.

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.400€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning;
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 am to 9 pm), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send directly to the property the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
