This apartment measures 120 square meters. It has a private garden and a terrace, both with a wonderful view up to 35 kilometers. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with direct access to the private garden. On the same floor there are 2 large basins where in antiquity they used to press the grapes to make wine. We built the main bathroom inside these 2 basins. This apartment is normally chosen by couples who get married at Castello Monticelli, which is the name of the location. On the upper floor there is large living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchenette. The view from the windows of this floor on the underlying valley and on the Perugia, the capital of Umbria, is breathtaking. On this floor there is also a second bathroom. Above the living room there is a wooden balcony with two more single beds.
On the hill eight buildings are listed because some are over 1400 years old and 3 have stone walls which are between 1.45 and 1.60 meters thick. Castello Monticelli is located about 2.5 hours from both Rome and Florence.
