The complete building was reconstructed in 2023 and has a good quality. The apartment has 2 rooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, a kitchen and a balcony. The heating system based on a central wood pellet heating is underfloor heating. A new cable connection for TV is available and can be activated. The built-in kitchen is equipped with cupboards, a cooker and a baking oven, dishwasher and a fridge. It can be equipped with a kitchen table with chairs and beds if needed. This would lead to additional costs, yet.
The apartment is perfect for anyone coming to Magdeburg or Germany without furniture. It is suitable for a couple, too. You can move in directly and don't have to invest time in searching and buying the usual all-day equipment (except crockery and cutlery).
