Its private kitchen and bathroom make this studio a perfect combination of comfort, luxury and style. In addition, the studio has full wardrobes, air-conditioning, heating, and allows you access to the optional full linen service.

In this studio, you’ll also enjoy generous shared areas designed for comfort and functionality. These are:
- A large, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, thoughtfully arranged so each resident has their own space to cook and enjoy meals comfortably.
- The cosy, light-filled living room features a large Smart TV and a games table perfect for relaxing and socialising.
- There’s also a laundry area with an industrial washing machine and dryer.

These common spaces are ideal for unwinding, connecting with others, and enjoying a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Our studios are located in the historic centre of a vibrant metropolis, directly opposite one of the city’s oldest squares—Plaza de la Villa—and just a short walk from the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, the Opera House and the Reina Sofía School of Music.
