The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, flat-screen television, and a dining table with chairs. Thanks to its large windows, it enjoys plenty of natural light while maintaining privacy.
The sleeping area features a double bedroom furnished with a large bed, bedside tables, and storage space. The bathroom offers a glass-enclosed shower, a vanity unit with a sink, and contemporary-style fixtures.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Its location in Carabanchel puts it close to supermarkets, pharmacies, parks, and local shops. It is also well-connected to the rest of Madrid: the nearest metro station, *Vista Alegre (Line 5)* , is just a 7-minute walk away, providing easy access to the city center and other key areas.
