Our tranquil and recently renovated apartment is located on Calle Cáceres. It features a comfortable living room with a kitchenette, a cozy bedroom, and a well-appointed bathroom. The bedroom offers a double bed and ample storage space for your belongings. Both the bedroom and the living room are filled with natural light, yet designed to provide a peaceful sanctuary away from the bustling streets of Madrid. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa, an extendable table with chairs, a TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and kitchenware.

To ensure your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning featuring both heating and cooling options. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a hairdryer, and a small cabinet for your convenience. We provide towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer for your comfort and convenience.

Delicias is renowned for its exceptional connectivity, boasting easy access to Metro stations, Cercanías trains, and the Atocha Train Station. Additionally, a myriad of buses from all corners of Madrid converge in this well-connected neighborhood. Public transportation options including Metro, buses, and trains are conveniently located just a few minutes from our apartment, ensuring hassle-free exploration of the city. We are also pet-friendly, as we believe that our furry friends deserve a vacation too! The rental contract is temporary in nature, so the tenant is responsible for complying with the regulations established in municipal ordinances. In this regard, the possibility of registering as a resident will depend on current legislation and the criteria applied by the local council.

The landlord assumes no responsibility for the acceptance or refusal of registration by the competent authorities based on a temporary rental agreement. In any case, registration at the property shall not, under any circumstances, imply its recognition as the tenant's habitual residence.
