Appliances: electric oven/range, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Other smaller appliances may be included after discussion with me.

In addition to the built-in cupboards and wardrobe, the apartment includes multiple bookshelves, an expandable dining table, a futon sofa, several dining chairs, a queen-size bed and mattress, an additional kitchen work table, a coffee table, a TV, a digital piano, some balcony furniture, a coat rack, and a shoe rack. Storage is NOT included. Internet and the most basic cable ARE included.

This is on the fourth floor with an elevator, the bedroom balcony faces south. Parking is not included, but there is an underground parking garage where you can rent space from the management when available as well as parking lots with long-term rental opportunities nearby. There is also a bicycle room.

This apartment is between the Hjälmar Brantingsplatsen and Vågmästareplatsen tram stops, where you can catch the 2, 5, and 6 trams, as well as numerous buses. It is close to Hisingsbron and Lindholmen. Practically every amenity is steps away at the Backaplan shopping area and all around. Restaurants and grocery stores galore.

This is a rental for a fixed term of one year corresponding to the time I am posted abroad by my employer. The rental is subject to the building management's approval process, mainly (as I understand it) to confirm income.
